Quick tips about Portugal
Official Currency: Euro (€). Credit cards are accepted everywhere, including kiosks at the train station and supermarkets. But it is always a good idea to carry some cash for convenience.
Electricity: The standard voltage is 230V. The power socket is type F.
Data and Wifi: Portugal has three network providers for cell phones and data. SIM cards do not require registration and topping up your card is easy. Wifi can be found in most places. And even in outdoor spaces in some cities.
