When I was maybe around 5 or 6 years old, I always wanted to wander around the mall after Sunday dim sum with my parents.
.
And I didn't wander around the whole mall, I would go to Watson’s (a pharmacy/store in Hong Kong; an equivalent to a Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada or CVS in the US) and I would look at every single shelf! 😂
.
I just like to go see things, do things and wander around. I think that was my first memory of being a wanderer.
.
And I spent a lot of time wandering around Singapore this time around because I’m not sure when I will be back. 😕
.

I found many nature trails around the city. It’s been quite sweaty hiking in the heat but any time I have a chance to be out in nature, I’ll take it 🙌

The city is coming alive - I see a lot of tourists around Singapore and I even hung out with some friends I haven't seen in a long time 💖

Life is good 💕

I left Hong Kong. I felt it was a good time to leave since my family is healthy and safe. And there was an opportunity to leave...

So I'm back in Singapore! Yeay!! I'm here visiting my best friend and doing a bit of sightseeing, eating... 🤤
.
It feels safe in Singapore. We have to use the Trace Together app to scan a QR code when we go to any public places and wear a mask indoors.
.
Other than that, life feels pretty normal. The best part is no mask outside - can't imagine wearing one when it's 30+ degrees outside! 🥵
.
I'll post photos as I come across some of my favourite parts of the city. Here's one of my fav spots - Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay 💕

but honestly, if it wasn't for being in nature and hiking, i think i would've gone crazy already. It really does help with physical and mental health.

Things are getting better in Hong Kong but nowhere near "great" but I'll take it 😊
